3. Service Description

fraserinisww Insights offers financial education programs for adults, including workshops, group sessions, and supplementary materials. Our programs are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. No information shared in our programs should be treated as a recommendation to take any specific financial action.

Programs are available in-person in Burnaby, BC, and via video call for Canadian participants. Availability is subject to scheduling and capacity.

4. User Responsibilities

Participants retain their own personal financial information and any notes they make during sessions.

6. Payment Terms

Program fees are stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged in writing. Payment methods accepted are communicated at the time of registration.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Our standard approach is:

• Cancellations with more than 7 days' notice: full credit toward a future session
• Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice: credit offered at our discretion based on circumstances
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full credit or refund will be offered

7. Disclaimers

Our programs provide general financial education only. We are not licensed financial advisors, planners, or brokers. Nothing in our sessions constitutes individualized financial advice, and we strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional for decisions specific to your situation.

Program content is prepared carefully, but we cannot warrant that it is always complete, accurate, or current with respect to every participant's circumstances. Federal and provincial rules change periodically, and participants should verify information with relevant government sources.

Our website and programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable BC law, fraserinisww Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website. You agree to indemnify and hold fraserinisww Insights and its team harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our website or materials, or your violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program, without refund, if they behave in a manner that is harmful to others or disrupts the program. We also reserve the right to terminate access to our website for misuse. You may discontinue participation at any time, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 6.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia. We encourage any concerns to be raised with us directly first, as we prefer to resolve issues informally wherever possible.

12. General Provisions
